Site visit and survey
Free. Measurements, soil condition and a review of existing services.

BOQ and schedule
Every item is rated separately. The schedule has a date for each milestone.

Contract and mobilization
Tied to payment milestones - an installment only after the work is done.

Execution and reporting
A site report and photos every week. A site engineer present full-time.

Handover and defect liability
12 months of defect liability after handover - repairs during that period are free.

Questions
Before a contract
- How is the rate decided?
- Two ways - item rate (per the BOQ, each item priced separately) or lump sum. For larger projects, item rate is usually better since it keeps every change transparent.
- How does payment work?
- Tied to milestones. 15% on mobilization, then an installment on completion of each milestone, and 5% is held back after handover through the defect liability period.
- Is the material ours or yours?
- Your choice - we work either way. If we source the material, you get a receipt for every purchase and the brand is agreed in advance.
- What if the work runs late?
- The contract has a liquidated damages clause - a fixed amount for every week of delay. It applies both ways, and we don’t ask for it to be removed from the contract.
- Do you offer consultancy only?
- Yes - drawing review, BOQ preparation, or third-party inspection of another contractor’s work. That’s priced separately and depends on the project size.
