- The sterilization pouch is opened in front of you. Disposable items are used only once.

- A full estimate is written out before treatment starts. The rate doesn’t change midway.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I come without an appointment?
- Yes, but you may have to wait. Booking an online slot saves your time. Emergency cases are always seen first.
- Is there a fee for the first visit?
- The consultation fee is Rs. 1,000. If you get treatment done the same day, this fee is adjusted into the treatment bill.
- Can treatment be paid in installments?
- Yes, for braces and larger treatments. Usually 40% advance and the rest in 3 to 4 installments. Work out a plan with the doctor.
- Do you do dental checkups for children?
- Yes, for children above 4 years. The first visit is just for familiarisation, so the child doesn’t get scared.
- The pain isn’t going away even with Panadol - what should I do?
- Call us right away. Tooth pain that doesn’t respond to medicine can mean an infection. We try to give a same-day emergency slot.
